Take the B169 until you reach the exit Zell Mitte (towards Gerlos). After the first lefthand corner, turn left towards Gerlosberg/Rohrberg. After approx. 2 kilometres, you will see the Unterlehenhof signposted. turn left again and you have reached your holiday destination!
Please note that it might be necessary to use snow chains in winter if road conditions are bad!
